These are UV Pastel Water Liners
This product is Vegan & Cruelty-Free.
These liners will dry to a matte finish and are smudge & transfer proof! The pastel liner collection are also UV reactive, they will glow under a UV lamp/backlight.
Our Pastel Water Liners are in 5g containers.
HOW TO USE:
Add a small amount of water to the lid of the container, dip the brush into the water and then begin activating the product with the wet brush by mixing it well until a thick consistency.
